Better Days with Dalton
Husband. Father of 3. Living at Walt Disney World — on purpose.
Not because I had it all figured out. Because I stopped waiting until I did.
My Story
I know what it's like to look at a credit card statement and feel sick. To wake up at 3am running numbers that don't add up. To be so deep in the grind that you can't remember the last time you actually enjoyed a day.
So I started something on the side. Poured everything into it. Late nights, weekends, money I didn't really have. Turned it into a real company. Hit numbers I used to dream about. And I was more exhausted than I had ever been in my life.
I had built the thing I thought would set me free, and I was more trapped than when I started. My family got whatever was left of me. Most days that was nothing.
"I stopped waiting for the life I wanted and started practicing it before I thought I was ready."
I moved my family to Walt Disney World. Not because I had it all figured out. Because I was done waiting until I did.
I'm not rich. I'm not retired. I still work. But I work differently now. And for the first time in a long time, I'm actually here — not just physically, but actually here.

What This Is
This isn't coaching. It isn't consulting. There's no curriculum, no 12-week program, no funnel waiting at the end. Just honest conversation with someone who has been through the grind, the burnout, the money stress, and the family pressure — and is happy to think it through with you.
Most people who land here aren't looking to be fixed. They're looking for someone who won't judge them, who has been in similar weather, and who will actually pick up the phone.
That's the whole idea. No promises that everything gets solved — just the feeling that someone is genuinely in your corner.

Bring the decision you've been going back and forth on. We'll think it through together — no agenda, no judgment.
It's all connected. Work stress follows you home. Home tension follows you to work. Worth looking at the whole picture.
Not a service. Not a transaction. Just a relationship with someone who shows up consistently and actually listens.
Who This Is For
It doesn't matter if you're making $40,000 a year or $140,000. There are people at both ends who can't sleep at night. Who fight with their spouse about money on a Tuesday. Who miss their kid's game because they're working late again. Who feel like no matter what they do, they never actually get ahead.
"You don't need another program. You need someone in your corner who has actually been through it."
